Additionally, an email containing the download link will be sent to you; please check your spam folder if it's not in your inbox.

For easy access to all your purchased files, create an account on our website using the same email address you used at checkout. Once logged in, navigate to the "My Downloads" section to find your files.

A ZIP file is a compressed folder that contains multiple files. To access its contents:

• For Windows: Use built-in extraction tools or third-party software like WinRAR or 7-Zip.
  
• For Mac: Simply double-click the .rar file to automatically unzip it.
  
  Note: On Mac, you will have to rename the file extension from ".rar" to ".zip". You will then be able to access it by clicking it.
  

Once extracted, you’ll find Adobe Illustrator (.AI) files, PNG mockup files, and all other assets included in the pack.

To re-download your purchased files:

1. Create an account on our website using the email address you used at checkout.
2. Log in and go to the "My Downloads" section to access and download your files again.

If your extracted files appear corrupted or have filenames starting with "._", here’s what you can do:

• Remove the period and underscore from the filename.
• If the issue persists, delete the folder and re-download the files using the link provided in your confirmation email or the "My Downloads" section of your account.

Our mockup packs are optimized for Adobe Illustrator.

However, if you don’t have Illustrator, you can use the PNG files with software like Photoshop, Photopea, Canva or Affinity. Pretty much any design software that allows for importing PNG files.

For guidance, you can find tutorials on platforms like YouTube to help you edit PNG files in these applications.
