Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital clothing brand assets are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any digital products once the order is confirmed and the product has been delivered. This is because digital products are intangible and cannot be returned.
Exceptions for Digital Products
If you encounter any issues with your digital purchase, such as technical difficulties or file errors, please reach out to us at support@3dstreetco.com. We are committed to resolving any problems promptly to ensure your satisfaction.
In cases where the digital product has not been downloaded and the customer has a change of mind, a refund may be provided upon request.
Physical Products
For any physical products purchased from 3DStreetCo, we offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your physical product, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange, provided the following conditions are met:
- The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The product must be in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
Return Process for Physical Products
1. Contact Us: Email us at support@3dstreetco.com to initiate a return. Please include your order number and reason for the return.
2. Receive Return Authorization: We will provide you with return authorization and instructions on how to return your item.
3. Ship the Item: Once you receive return authorization, ship the item back to us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Inspection and Refund: After we receive your returned item, we will inspect it. If the return is approved, we will process your refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:

- Downloadable software products
- Digital Products
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
